Gals, you cannot trust on one internet pages anymore. You shoud open many tabs in your browser to find the best thing you wanted. Just like me who try to find water heater. Some people rely on search engine to get latest update information. Me too. And I don't know if I need to open many tabs with different source, I am just open one window and made purchase.
Unfortunately the product was bad, I just get the top spot page. And I should visit many page like Vini site page or yahoo or consumerreport and pissedcustomers site too.
One most pissed me is the delivery time, it need two week to come to my house. And I can't install it. It look like a refrigerator box with many parts inside it. WOW!!!
And I back to vini tankLess site to hire someone who can place it inside the house, and they are willing to help and I am so happy and glad with them.
